In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and team player.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Logistics Manager Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br /></p><p>*    Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.</p><p>*    Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle</p><p>*    Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries</p><p>*    Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency and research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers</p><p>*    Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments</p><p>*    Respond and resolve any arising problems or complaints</p><p>*    Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce</p><p>*    Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets</p><p>*    Evaluate budgets and expenditures.</p><p>*    Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements</p><p>*    Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.</p><p>*    Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.</p><p>*    Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.</p><p>*    Prepare Logistics and Warehouse weekly report for the MANCOM meeting</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p><br /></p><p>*    At least 10 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply chain and warehouse management</p><p>*    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.</p><p>*    In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry (FMCG).</p><p>*    Record of successful distribution and logistics management</p><p>*    Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
