Implement DSTi Investment Accounting solutions using HiPortfolio.<br />2. Involve in presale activities including demonstration and presentation to prospects.<br />3. Coach local team and provide guidance in both HiPortfolio implementation and most importantly industry best practices.<br />4. Carry out post-implementation review and support if required.<br />5. Review and audit solution design by other associates and provide constant feedback.<br />6. Analyze client processes and business requirements, and arrive at a detailed specification of solution design.<br />7. Configure and set up software application to meet client requirements as per solution design specification.<br />8. Provide consulting and training to clients.<br />9. Provide assistance during client acceptance testing.<br />10. Prepare system transition plan and drive system migration involving data take-on.<br />11. Produce and maintain solution documentation and operational procedures manual.<br /><br /><strong>Job Requirements:-</strong><br /><br />1. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.<br />2. 5+ years experience as a senior associate in the investment industry with intimate knowledge of the investment company operations and best practices.<br />3. Solid working knowledge of HiPortfolio in the back office operation.<br />4. Basic understanding of IT including database, client-server architecture and interfaces.<br />5. Effective communication skills with fluent written and spoken in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)<br />6. Good people skills in a multi-cultural environment and be able to deal with clients at all levels.<br />7. Good presentation skills.<br />8.
