Russian Speaking Technical Support, Athens Greece

Russian Speaking Technical Support - Athens At least 6 Mos. Exp

Technical Support Agent - Russian Speaking - At least 6 months experience  required

Country/ Work location: Athens, Greece

1. Scope

* Deliver multilingual communications across a wide variety of channels, aided by automation;
* Manage and coordinate corrective action processes;
* Provide customers with top-notch support for installation, and service for numerous products (hardware, software and networking) and applications (operating systems, databases and programming environments);
* Offer rapid, effective support to customers for the installation, operation and troubleshooting of networks, as well as the configuration of firewalls and data distribution.

2. Required Skills/Experience

Educational level: High School diploma or equivalent

Specializations:
Technical accreditation and specializations: with experience at least 6 months in similar position (technical support & customer service)

Languages and language level: native Russian; Very good in English

3. Other Requirements


Your role as Russian speaking Advisor

We are looking for applicants who can interact with others effectively, be comfortable with phone support and in exchanging Emails with clients. The ideal candidate should have very good PC skills, great interest in new technologies, be fluent in both Russian and English & should be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece in a few weeks notice.

* Receiving Inbound calls, E mails and Chats from existing consumers requiring product support in both Russian and English.
* Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and attempting repair of all products.

* Investigating errors and problems; performing root cause analysis in effort to provide permanent resolutions.

Technical Skills:

* Advanced Knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet)
* Advanced knowledge on Ms Office
* Typing Speed : 17 words/minute
* Use of production tools
* Use of Internet
* Client’s Logging System

Soft Skills:

* Language skills -Fluency in English
* Active Listening
* Handling Difficult Calls
* Inbound Phone Statistics
* Systems & Technology Use
* Technical Support
* Good Problem Solving Skills
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of tools used for troubleshooting

* Through telephone contact, be the name and face representing
* Advise customers and respond to customer inquiries.

4. Responsibilities

* To respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
* To maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
* To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy.
* To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
* To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged
appropriately.
* To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
* To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
* To have a sound knowledge of all products and services, understanding their use and functionality.
* To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

5. Contract

Fixed term contract: 12 months

Working hours is 8 hours per day/5 days per week
Working hours based on client’s needs , mainly Monday – Friday in shift scheme


Gross Salary:

Salary : 1045€ monthly gross 

Monthly performance bonus: 0-200€

Other Benefits:

Travel Expenses: Paid by the employer;

Accommodation: The employer will offer the first 15 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations.

The company also offers Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits.
