Position Title: WordPress Sales Enthusiast

Position Location: Remote 100% (WFH / Work from anywhere  / 40 hours a week required)

WordPress WPMU DEV, our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach in WordPress technology solutions. We are seeking a qualified Sales Enthusiast to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives and sales enthusiasts. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force..

You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of  WordPress plugins in order to drive sales. You  serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. 

We are looking for a Sales Enthusiast to promote high-quality WordPress plugins and themes that contribute to the overall success of WPMU DEV products. 

You will join an ongoing and expanding team of sales enthusiasts who work collaboratively with all areas of the company to make sure we stand out from the rest!

The person we’re in search of will have intimate knowledge of WordPress and experience using a broad range of plugins and themes.

We’re looking for a person that will be able to work also on weekends and available to work on the following schedules

REQUIREMENTS

*   Love people and love yourself!

*   Have a really good familiarity with WordPress including themes and plugins

*   Ability to generate leads

*   Superb interpersonal skills, including the powers to swiftly build rapport with both current and potential customers

*   Proven experience in sales 

*   Enjoy collaborating with others and don’t back down from a challenge

*   Along with the ability to write/speak in clear English
