Engineering will support mission by building a world class engineering culture and team, collaborating to shape our technology & product roadmap, building relationships with other teams, and championing our vision for building the best platform for our users.</p><div><br /></div><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p>*         Direct and mange IT plans, schedules, policies and programs for an organization’s data processing, network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems, according to established goals and objectives.</p><p>*        Oversee platform, applications, datacase, and technology infrastructure, ensuring you & your team effectively develop & deliver planned features on time and in an efficient manner.</p><p>*        Directly contribute to building our platform, you'll also be writing code and creating tech stack.</p><p>*        Create and maintain processes that ensure high quality products can be delivered while aligned with our overall business priorities.</p><p>*        Manage & build technology & engineering organization.
