Job Title: Frontend (UI) Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a frontend/full-stack engineer to join our team and accelerate our product development. As a frontend engineer, the candidate will be responsible for implementing features, fixing bugs, and implementing processes that enable other engineers to be as effective as possible.
Responsibilities:
* Implement smaller fixes/features by writing well-tested and maintainable code (first month)
* Implement more elaborate changes (first quarter)
* Take ownership of significant parts of the codebase (first quarter)
* Source one candidate for our engineering hiring pipeline every month (first quarter)
Requirements:
* 5 years + of React/Typescript experience
* 6 years + of relevant professional experience (excluding contracting)
* Graduate of Bachelor of Computer or related courses
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with React or Angular
* Excellent software engineering skills, including writing scalable, well-tested, maintainable code that others can easily work with in the future
* Detail-oriented approach to ensure code changes do not break our production system
* Fast learner, especially for junior engineers
* Collaborative with good communication skills to collaborate with other engineers, designers, and customer success teams
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Node.js or other backend languages
* Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
