Senior Piping Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Piping Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of project experience, specifically in Brown Field Oil and Gas-related Offshore Piping Engineering with a strong emphasis on stress analysis. The role involves working both in the office and onsite in Qatar, contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed engineering design and analysis for offshore piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
* Provide expertise in stress analysis, identifying and resolving piping-related issues.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate piping systems into overall project designs.
* Utilize 3D modeling tools, such as E3D/PDMS, to create accurate representations of piping layouts and structures.
* Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables and documentation.
* Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and support as needed.
* Contribute to the development of project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments related to piping engineering activities.
* Monitor and assess the performance of piping systems during the installation and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 years of project experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas-related Offshore Piping Engineering.
* Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Piping Engineering and relevant field
* Strong expertise in stress analysis for offshore piping systems.
* Proficient in 3D modeling tools, specifically E3D/PDMS.
* Solid understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations related to piping engineering.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work both in an office-based and onsite environment in Qatar.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions within established timelines.
* Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
