Team Leader, Bilingual French Speaking

Work Location: Luxembourg

Business unit: European Investment Bank (EIB)

· There’s no age limit
· Residence from France and  Belgium to work in Luxembourg are priority

Role:

This role is responsible for managing overall performance of Service Provider staff, to ensure that service levels are achieved in line with EIB expectations. The Team Leader will liaise with and man-age coordinators as appropriate. The non-exhaustive list of job responsibilities as well as technical and specific skills / experience is shown below.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible and accountable for individual and team results;
· Ensures customer satisfaction objectives;
· Participates in projects that may be run by the EIB or in discrete mode with other parties;
· Ensures adequate staffing and appropriate skill levels by managing shifts, staffing schedules
· Manages and controls personal presence onsite including holidays, shift and unforeseen absence for individual and teams;
· Provides mentoring to service coordinators;
· Provides recommendations to improve staff and team operational, technical and customer satisfaction;
· Takes on a wider customer service role and act as an escalation point for the EIB;
· Reports any issues that could cause a significant negative impact on services to the EIB managers.

Technical  and Specific Skills / Experience

· Experience in project management;
· Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure situation;
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
· Teamwork skills;
· Leadership skills;
· ITIL foundation certification (required).

The team leader is also expected to have the basic skills of a generic Service Desk Agent, which corresponds to the skills of “Service Desk Support”.

Salary: Negotiable 

Relocation Package: 1000-1500€
