- Join our Japan based team as an Associate Manager, Logistics Transportation to oversee and provide logistics (transportation and warehouse operations) solutions for the business.
- Perform all kinds of analysis relating to logistics (budgeting, forecasts, cost to serve, performance, productivity and networking) and present proposals of countermeasures.
- Map out current processes and activities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead and/or involved with projects proceeded locally and globally for efficient and effective operations of logistics.
- 5 years of working experience in Logistics operations, either (or both) Warehouse and Transportation
- Fluent in English and Japanese languages is a must to be able to work with Japanese clients as this role is based in Japan
- Working experience of “Kaizen” in warehouse and transportation areas highly preferable
- Strong analytical, consulting and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills - must be able to lead a project and ensure execution according to timeline
